Tips On How To Achieve Lively's Body
Don Saladino also talked about the fitness tips regarding Blake Lively's progress. In his interview with Health.com, he said that follows the "old school farm boy stuff" philosophy. The said exercise is too complex that one must use his whole body as well.
Saladino stressed the importance of having a strong foundation. However, he said that it only requires a short time for each exercise and doing three sets per session.
For faster results, he suggested having a longer sleeping period and fewer carbs for meals. “You can get in and do things in 20-30 minutes, and you could build a world-class physique in that time that moves the right way," Saladino said.
Don Saladino usually meets Blake Lively at Drive 495, where he worked as a fitness trainer to the stars. Aside from her, Saladino trained with Ryan Reynolds ahead of his "Deadpool 2" movie few weeks ago.
Blake Lively will soon appear in the psychological movie "All I See Is You," alongside Jason Clare. It will premiere on Aug 4, 2017. Stay tuned for more updates.
