Universal Pictures recently announced that they are working on a biopic about Madonna. However, the "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" singer is allegedly not happy about how the writer crafted the script.

According to Pitch Fork, Madonna criticized the film in her Instagram account. Apparently, she was unhappy with the script, which is why she called out the attention of Universal Pictures and the writer. “Nobody knows what I know and what I have seen," Madonna wrote on IG. "Only I can tell my story.”

Madonna Says Universal Studios Biopic Is Full Of Lies

It seems like the "Material Girl" is unhappy with how the biopic project of Universal Pictures and its story went through. She believes the writer did not fact-check the happenings in her life before the script for "Blond Ambition" was written. “I was born in Bay City Not Detroit," the "Like A Virgin" hitmaker stated, "and i did not drop out of high school in fact I went to University Of Michigan.”

According to the "Take A Bow" singer, the writer of the biopic is a liar. She called out Hollander's writings in a series of Instagram posts.

“Why would Universal Studios want to make a movie about me based on a script that is all lies??,” the statement read. “The Writer Elyse Hollander should write for the Tabloids. Anyone who supports this film is supporting lies and exploitation. Lies have no legs!!”

Huffington Post noted how Madonna stated that she was actually born in Bay City and not in Detroit. Meanwhile, the Instagram posts from the "Papa Don't Preach" singer have already been deleted.
