This hints at the possibility that she will reprise her role in "Quantico" Season 3. Chopra added, "I cannot just leave Quantico midway, especially if they want another season. So I think I'll have to choose that."

Showrunner Reveals Backup Plan For "Quantico" Season 3

"Quantico" will air Season 2 Episode 22 "Resistance" for the second installment on May 15, 2017. Despite having a huge following and high ratings, the network has yet to announce the renewal of the show. However, it seems that the showrunner is ready for battle.

The show's head, Joshua Safran hinted on his "backup" plan ahead of "Quantico" Season 3. According to him, he already has two alternative endings shot for the "Quantico" Season 2 finale.

It is now up to ABC if they will renew or cancel the series, which might affect the endgame for Safran and his show. He told TV Line, “If for some reason I hear that we’re not coming back before [it] airs, I will just literally cut that scene off the episode, so it will be like it never existed."
