Barrymore is reportedly getting some diet help from Kooshi Gourmet and a health consultation company called, Beverly Hills Kitchen Coach. Barrymore reportedly has a food choice that she prefers to follow, which is helpful in her diet.
"Deprivation diets do not work in the long run," Kitchen Coach said. "Once people learn to eat to nourish and fuel their bodies, they do not feel hungry and that is when they see results."
