A person can feel exhausted as soon as bad habits kick in.

Frequently feeling tired stems from various factors, including exposure to certain elements in the surroundings, such as bad traffic, too much heat, or maybe rowdy neighbors. However, exhaustion can also be the result of bad habits, such as insufficient sleep, sugar crashes and overcommitment. This means that identifying and breaking them can be beneficial. Here are some of the most common bad habits that make a person feel exhausted

Riding the social media loop

Mindlessly scrolling through social media is a common modern habit linked to constant tiredness and mental exhaustion. This unproductive activity can leave one feeling drained. Limiting screen time and going for a walk can provide a much-needed mental break.

Lack of exposure to natural light

Routine sugar crash

Bad quality of sleep

Chugging coffee
